I understand that during my participation in the hunt, I may be exposed to a variety of hazards and risks, foreseen and unforeseen, including hazards relating the use of firearms, which are inherent to the hunt and which cannot be eliminated without eliminating the hunt. Participation in the hunt will expose me to the risk of serious personal injury, property damage, or death and Mercer-Zimmerman, Inc. and Yust Farms, Inc. have not tried to minimize or contradict my understanding of these risks. I understand that serious injury and death can result from my own actions and the actions of other hunters, other persons, guides, or animals, either as a result of negligence or because of other reasons. I understand that risks of injuries or death are involved in hunting and the use of firearms, and I agree to waive, discharge, hold harmless and release from liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Mercer-Zimmerman, Inc., and Yust Farms, Inc. and their agents and employees, from any claims of whatever nature in any way connected to the hunt. I will assume liability for injury or death to animals belonging to Yust Farms, Inc that I might cause, at a cost of $3,000.00. I also assume liability for any type of destruction to Yust Farms property, owned or leased. I understand that this assumption of risk is binding upon me and on my heirs, executors or assigns, and includes any minors accompanying me on the hunt.
