A Des Moines area native, Cade lives in Iowa with his wife and their Golden Retriever, Bogey. A graduate of the University of Iowa, he earned a degree in Enterprise Leadership with a minor in Rhetoric and Composition. As the oldest of three siblings, Cade enjoys spending time with family and staying connected with his brother and sister.
Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, following just about every sport, and catching up on his favorite TV shows. A lifelong baseball enthusiast, Cade also coached a baseball team while in college, an experience he found both rewarding and impactful.
