Controls Specialist, Mercer Zimmerman

One of my favorite things about MZ is knowing how much everyone genuinely cares about each other. Daily I am reminded that I have a second family in this building, and it makes the tough days easier and the best days that much better.

Distributor Sales

What stands out to me is the teamwork and support that I have received in my short time with MZ. Everyone has been willing to answer questions and support and grow the relationships with my new customer base. Never any hesitation along the way. I’ll always be thankful for this and proud to work for a company and with a team that approaches work in that manner.

Project Manager

I will never forget walking into my interview and looking around the Overland Park Office. In every direction I looked, I saw photographs of people; upon taking the office tour, I realized that the people in the photographs were Mercer Zimmerman employees.

My impression was one of awe - that a business would value its employees so much to use them as artwork to decorate their office space; as if they were a family. Through working here, I have seen it's true - the photos weren't just a marketing statement, they were a foreshadowing of how I'd be treated and valued.

Sales Coordinator

It is truly a blessing and a joy to work with such a great team/family. Some of my favorite memories at MZ have been playing yard games in the lease space, having occasional cookouts in the parking lot, and developing relationships with our customers and manufacturers.
