AES Lighting Group and Mercer Zimmerman are pleased to announce that effective October 1, 2021 Mercer Zimmerman has acquired AES Lighting Group.
Our greatest asset has always been our people, and by joining forces we have made a huge increase in the quality of that asset. This acquisition will create a more comprehensive infrastructure to better serve and represent our manufacturers and business partners. Our companies hold similar values and philosophies on doing business: establishing strong alliances and lasting relationships with our business partners, an emphasis on honesty and integrity, and a commitment to recruiting and retaining the best talent in the industry.
Mercer Zimmerman will leverage AES Lighting Group’s existing talent and office locations to provide our clients access to the top lighting and controls solutions across the globe.
As with all important business decisions, we will work closely with our manufacturers and many customers to make the integration process is as smooth as possible. Though we will now operate as one company – Mercer Zimmerman – our customers can rely on the same personal working relationships they have had in the past. They will still be working with the same people and can depend on the same quality of work.
